I'm a native Korean speaker from Seoul, now based in London, and I've made it my mission to make Korean feel accessible, warm, and enjoyable for every student I work with.
I've taught Korean at some of London's most respected institutions, including Goldsmiths University, London Sejong Institute and Dear Asia in Aldgate East, where I've led the Korean language programme. Alongside teaching, I develop curriculum materials that go beyond traditional textbooks. Everything I create is inclusive and practical, built around the way people actually learn today.
My students range from complete beginners who've never seen Hangul, to K-drama and K-pop fans who want to finally understand every word, and heritage speakers who grew up hearing Korean at home but never got fully fluent.
